Once your order is shipped out we will email you your Tracking Number. If you loose this please fill out a contact form on our Contact page.

Check the tracking to see if it show it is still On route.

Nothing, The packages will not get updated until they get scanned or pass through a post facility. This means if you live far the distance between stops is greater and the status will stay the same until it reaches one of these checkpoints to get scanned.

Due to the nature of the products we sell sometimes we will require signature on orders. It is also highly recommended to have a signature required if you live in a shared mailbox home or with Minors to ensure you are the only person receiving the mail we send.

This can happen if there is a delay, give it until end of the next business day. Occasionally Major storms / Weather can also cause late packages or Holidays.
